CP24 and a ctv reporter just tweeted Toronto Police are at Dellens farm with digging equipment

maybe some forensics has come back and they were other human remains..they would not issue another search warrant if there was nothing..ctv just said this is now TORONTO POLICE and it is for the investigation into Laura Babcock and Wayne Millard..oh wow the plot thickens.

I don't think either of them are talking. They'll stick with that not-guilty plea right till the bitter end. Remember what Padakar said "there's more to this story than what the public knows".

I think it's likely a different kind of search warrant was needed or some kind of technicality had to be taken care of. Maybe they want to search inside the barn and need a separate warrant for that? Or maybe a neighbour remembered seeing something out of the ordinary and informed LE.

Toronto police are searching a North Dumfries farm owned by accused murderer Dellen Millard.

Officers are combing the Roseville Road property “in relation” to the death of Ancaster man Tim Bosma, explained Const. Victor Kwong of Toronto Police Service (TPS).

“We have information that leads us to believe there is evidence of value to us,” he said, noting TPS had not previously been out to the farm – Hamilton Police Service and Waterloo Regional Police conducted prior searches.

Sooo did someone leak too early? HAMILTON police said there were not any further remains. But now TORONTO is in there ...

Here we go, more info:

Constable Tony Vella said that officers from the Toronto Police Service’s homicide unit are “conducting a search warrant” Tuesday at the property outside Kitchener, but would not provide more details.

The force’s homicide unit is investigating two files linked to Mr. Millard: the disappearance of his friend Laura Babcock, who was reported missing last July, and the Nov. 29 death of his father Wayne, which was originally deemed a suicide.

If you click on the CTV story below, and look at the picture in large format, that seems to be a special truck with stuff going on in the side of the barn.

Investigations into the death of Dellen Millard's father and disappearance of his former girlfriend have brought police back to Millard's North Dumfries farm, police tell CTV News.

A backhoe was reportedly seen at the site Tuesday morning.

Police say they are following up on information received and looking at a particular piece of land, but don’t know what if anything they will find.
