A gravedigger has been arrested in North Carolina after police say he murdered his wife and buried her body a Virginia cemetery.
U.S. Marshals arrested 30-year-old Adan Quiroz Manuel Rodriguez Thursday and charged him with murder in the death of his wife, 24-year-old Ashley Rodriguez.
The Alleghany County, Va., Sheriff's Office began investigating the disappearance of Mrs Rodriguez after she failed to show up for work.
Ashley Rodriguez is survived by the couple's four daughters under the age of five, the youngest of them 7 months old.
