LAKEWOOD - Lakewood Police say forensic evidence found in the residence of a missing man indicates he may have been a victim of foul play.

David "Dave" Noren, 49, was last seen on May 19. Police say his disappearance is unusual, and he has no known medical condition.

"Marilyn Noren says, "He's worked for this printing company for 24 years and he's never missed a day and never has been late."

Noren, the youngest of three siblings, visited the Mankato area back in April for his mother, Marilyn's 80th birthday. She like many, are finding the news hard to deal with.

Marilyn Noren says, "First of all you really hope for the best. But as the days go by you think possibly think something has happened and if he lying outside someplace. It's just a nightmare that you can't wake up from."

A body was found in the foothills this morning, off of Fall River Road. I saw this on the news just a few minutes ago but cannot find a link yet. They said the body had been there awhile.

A Jefferson County jury has found a roommate guilty on all 11 counts in the murder of a Lakewood man.

After the verdict, the judge immediately sentenced 35-year-old Ryan Boyd Hicks to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
