TX - FBI releases sketch of ‘Teddy Bear Bandit’

    http://www.khou.com/news/local/FBI-r...210614301.html

The FBI reviewed surveillance video from inside of the bank and saw the man wore a rather unusual light brown hat with furry ears and a tail. The hat has earned him the nickname “Teddy Bear Bandit.”

He’s described as dark-skinned, about 6 feet to 6-feet-2-inches tall, in his 20s to early 30s, with a skinny build. He also wore a black long-sleeved jacket with an unknown design on the back, and white stripes around the cuffs of the jacket. Under the jacket he wore a white T-shirt. The suspect was also wearing jeans and dark-colored shoes.

I can't figure out how to post the sketch here but oh is it hilarious!

He would stand out in a crowd dressed like that wouldn't he?
Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

I hate to say this, but that was the biggest laugh I've had today!

Why is the sketch drawn like a cartoon?

Those hats are so popular right now but IME with the 15 and under set. Can't say I've ever seen an adult in one before.

we need to encourage harder sentencing on those that are harming our children. our children are worth it!!

stop the circus!! these children as all children deserve to be found and justice brought forth for what has happened to them!!

Hey! I feel like a furry sometimes, so what? I did have to look up versimilitude however. Still not sure I understand that one.

The old standby definition is "having the appearance of truth," which makes me chuckle harder at the notion of Teddy Bear Bandit actually appearing to be a cartoon character during the course of a robbery.
