No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)

Some people were wondering if she was Brookley Farthing, at least on the comments section of Lexington news websites (on stories about the body being found).

Someone pointed out that the times (her disappearance and the body being found) closely matched. But there's been a lot on the news about Farthing's disappearance so I'm sure the cops checked that out as soon as they could examine the body.
