Just came across the feed.

TULLYTOWN, Pa. - July 22, 2013 (WPVI) -- A Bucks County woman has been charged after, police say, she put her stillborn baby in a trash bag and kept the body there for days.

Police say the woman, 38-year-old Lori Bendorovich of Tullytown, gave birth on Monday, July 15th but didn't tell anyone about it.

Then, on Thursday, a family friend called 911 to say there was a dead baby in a trash bag inside the home in the 200 block of Lakeside Drive.

I don't think the baby was stillborn. I think she wants us to think of it that way, but from a nbc10 news report it sounds more like the baby was an inconvenience and she did what she had to.

Hmm, no safe haven laws there? Or are those only for teen girls?

Seriously though, if the kid really wasn't stillborn (which is still speculation), why not adoption?

"An autopsy performed on Friday confirmed the baby was stillborn", police said.

Maybe she couldn't afford a funeral and didn't know what else to do?
