IN - Brownsburg, Male Skeletal UP12734, 40-60, Inside Well Tank, Jul'13

Hendricks County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Yetter said the remains were discovered by a man clearing his three-acre property near Maloney Road and County Road 1050 East near Brownsburg. The man, who bought the property about a month ago, found a 120-gallon well tank — similar, Yetter said, to a large hot water heater.
When the scrapper cut into the tank, he found human skeletal remains and some clothing.

Yetter said the remains appear to be those of a man based on the clothing found in the tank, but he was not entirely sure.

“We have really no telling age or anything at this time,” Yetter said, adding that “these remains have been there for quite some time.”

Yetter said he was unsure whether that meant a period of years or even a decade or more.

There isn't a lot to go on other than that the UID is likely male.

But I am going to go out on a limb and place my opening guess as
    Jackson Voci Reed

Last seen 10 miles away, and almost all of that distance is via a straight shot down West 86th Street.

He has some characteristics that ought to make him identifiable:

Broken bones in his hand indicate possibly a boxer. The shoes look like they could be boxing or MMA type training shoes, similar to these (not an exact match): http://www.reebok.com/us/reebok-comb...er/BS6181.html

He has a hat advertising Appalachian Mechanical, which appears to be an HVAC company in Carlisle PA.
