S.'s father was apparently home at the time, but her mother was in jail in an unrelated instance, the police dispatcher said

Questions-
Why is mom in jail?
Why does dad need a teenage babysitter... at night.. when he is home?
Is the teenager related (sibling or cousin etc)?
Why was a 7 year old awake and outside on the porch at 2 am?
It's not that big of a deal to leave a 7 year old alone for few minutes on your own property while you go into the house. But, the biggest question- who would be around at 2 am on your property to abduct a child in such a short window of time?
Or if it a runaway- what would possess a 7 year old to wander off in that short window.

This story plain and simple doesn't add up. And stinks of baby Levon W's. story.

My thoughts exactly. Why would a 7 year old be up at 2 am much less awake AND outside at 2 in the morning?
 
Please let this teenager have nothing to do with this, I can't take another one.
 
After 5 minutes of searching, I can see why LE said there were "odd circumstances surrounding the girl's disappearance."

The S. family has a pretty bad reputation in the area. Most of the family members appear to been arrested at least once. You can just look up the address and the word arrest in the google search bar. Not clear yet exactly how many people lived in the home.
 
From what I've found through detailed police blotters, two men live in the home. Both are sons of Frank S. and the as yet unnamed mother- making them M.'s older brothers. One is 20 and the
other is 19, technically a teenager.
