Missing Person

On July 28, 2013, the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a missing person. 36 year old Rebecca Lauer of Cabot was last seen on Clay Hill Road on July 21, 2013. She is a white female, 5’7” and approximately 140lbs. Her family and friends have not heard from her since that date. This is an open investigation and all leads are being followed. The Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department is requesting the public’s help to locate her. If anyone has any information please contact the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department at 501-676-3000.

According to an affidavit, two men recently told detectives they saw Harrington and Lauer together just days before she disappeared and that she was handcuffed and appeared to have been assaulted.

The men also told officers that Harrington tried to get them to have sex with Lauer, but they refused, according to the affidavit.

Harrington faced questions from detectives when Lauer was initially reported missing, but he claimed she left his house and was never seen again.

Wonder what he did to/with her. And why didn't those men help her?

Authorities tell THV 11 that Harrington has a history of domestic abuse. He's currently on parole after serving six years for terroristic threatening and aggravated assault. His parole is not up until 2041.
