Missouri Man Sues Over Sexy Billboard Ban
A man who owns adult novelty stores in Missouri is suing the state because of its ban on sexy highway billboards.
John Haltom claims that the law is unconstitutional.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

My opinion: I hope he loses! I have watched porn nearly destroy a
marriage. I know of a sad friend now whose marriage is being destroyed
by it. What woman, however beautiful, can really compare to these
airbrushed fantasies? Fantasies, I might add, generally directed by
and thought up by men...so they are kinda sharing in their fantasies.
Anyway, I have pretty strong opinions on this, I guess.
