Where he was last seen is only 2 miles from my house. There's a lot of water around here -- Irondequoit Bay, Ellison Park, Genesee River, Lake Ontario...

August 15

MISSING PERSON: Charles Secker - Age 60 of Irondequoit. Description: M/W, 6'1" tall, 170 lbs., brown, graying hair, Harley Davidson tattoo on his arm.

Charles was last seen the morning of July 2nd near Winton Rd. and Blossom Rd. driving his 2004 Grand Prix (NY registration: FDP6485).

Several acquaintances believed Secker was looking into driving commercial vehicles out of state. At this time no leads to his whereabouts have been learned.

The first body found recently in Durand-Eastman park in Rochester/Irondequoit is believed to be male, and the skeleton is believed to have been there at least 2 years and possibly as long as 14
