She should have called the police. She is lucky that nothing bad happened to her.

IMO - Dumb move.

Glad she got her bike back.
 
I have had 2 bikes stolen and another bike stripped in the last few months so my sympathies are with her. Thieves are the lowest of the low and deserve all the bad karma coming to them.

I think it's funny as heck that the thief got 'thieved'

i don't think $1000 is horrible for a bike. better than on drugs and such.

reiko --one of the RHOV and the same city this woman is from-- was looking @ $7000 bikes... now THAT is crazy !!!
