A man who had served as the PTA president at an elementary school in rural Washington state was arrested by FBI agents last Friday and charged with recording the rape of an eight-year-old girl at the school.

Navarro moved to the area in 2011, from San Diego. He appears to have a clean criminal record. He was arrested in the San Diego area in 2009 for indecent exposure and committing lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. However, prosecutors eventually dropped those charges for lack of evidence.

WHAT???!! And at a school?

It just gets worse and worse.

Because the charges got dropped, he had a clean record. So of course he could pass a background check.

Raping a child at school. How could he do that? How did he get her alone, and how could he be sure they would stay alone?

He is currently incarcerated in a federal detention center in a nether-suburb of Seattle.

BBM-"nether-suburb?" I think this means a hole in the ground TBH.

This is a horrifying story-the elephant in the room is whether or not this is one of his own children. I think it must be. Oh My God.

Prayers for this little one and thank you to the law enforcement officers who traced this monster back to his lair.
