ELMIRA, N.Y. (AP) A fire tore through a home, spewing flames from the windows and killing four children, neighbors said.
The four victims had been pulled from the burning upstate New York home by firefighters and medics but died later.........
The cause and circumstances of the fire were under investigation.
Children said to be from 5 to 15 years old. No mention of parents or caretakers. Were they alone?
