accused of having numerous sexual encounters with young girls
Philip Grasso, 51, is already facing more than 100 charges, and police told NBC 30 more sex assault charges will soon be filed by the Glastonbury Police Department.
All of the 100-plus charges have been filed by the Manchester police. The charges include 60 counts of risk of injury to a minor and more than 50 sex assault charges.
Police said Grasso sexually assaulted four girls more than 50 times inside his own home.
"This is not what a lot of people picture ... a stranger. These children knew this man," said Sgt. John Maston, with the Manchester Police Department.
It is at his workplace where he allegedly assaulted some of his victims, now teenagers, NBC 30 reported.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
