Homeless teen to face charges after eating lunch at school
CAROLINA FOREST, SC (WMBF) - Lunch between friends is now turning into a legal issue. The issue being where they had lunch - on a school campus without permission.
Instead of arresting the kid Id look into his home life and see if there is a reason the kid left home.

Gee, why don't they offer to take him to boy's ranch or a foster home instead of arrest. He'd have a place to stay and food to eat for a year or however long until he turns 18.
