Hinky meter still pegged but I don't think it's as cut and dry as ppl think.

Wow. That's an interesting spin on things. I knew that there was an older married couple with an address on Circle Drive. I had figured there were two houses or a house and trailer on one chunk of land.

It may be vitally important for LE to determine precisely what triggered Willow's mom to report her missing. Did the uncle wake her up and tell her Willow was gone? Did a friend drop by and ask where Willow was? Did mom wake up and the uncle was gone and Willow was missing?

TL is not the mother... That's the dad from TX iirc

"Willow lives with her mother, uncle and grandparents. Her mother and uncle were home when she went missing.
The two, ages 26 and 22, are being held for questioning according to the girl’s grandfather.
“It isn’t like Willow to wander away,” said the grandfather. And he feels foul play is involved."

I don't think we should concern ourselves with this as its hearsay from a grandfather who just arrived.

As for why the parents haven't been on TV... Mom was sick so I am going to assume she is still sick, and if not, maybe turning over every rock and looking under every leaf blade to find her daughter. Dad lives in TX (IIRC) and is currently driving all the way to IL to help find his baby girl. I've been in contact with him on FB. He is updating FB via telephone as he is travelling.

Im sickened by all of the mean comments I saw on FB. Those negative comments are NOT what these young parents need right now. I have invited both mom and dad over here to WS to get some real help from some pros at sleuthing. I hope they join us. I just want to see this precious baby girl back home with her family where she belongs!

Are the grandparents mom's or dad's parents....my gears are grinding. Dad's coming down to assist in the search to find his daughter. Grandparents just got back into town from being gone 'someplace'?

... I just want to know whose parents they are.

I read somewhere that the family wants people to wear purple ribbons because it's her favorite color. I instantly thought of Jessica and her purple ribbons.

If I had to guess I would say the mothers parents.

From the link, his name is Dale DeRyke. So mom's dad. Long is the name of Willow's father's family.

<MODSNIP> I just feel she's fine and probably fast asleep in a very comfy bed. I think this situation will come to a head within the week and she'll be back with her mom and little brother.

I just feel this is a case where someone felt they were doing the best thing for her. Everyone has a different perspective on how kids should be raised and what their homelife should be like. I think this is one of those situations and someone took it way too far. I think she'll be returned by this person soon.

[EDIT] That being said, my feelings regarding Willow's whereabouts change by the hour so I have no idea if I'll feel this way an hour from now.

...perhaps this person does not have the same attachment to the little boy for a reason I'm not disclosing. Keep in mind I don't have any clue what's going on any more than the next person. My stuff is all hunches, sadly.

You would think at this point any other male figures, adult's she knew and trusted who she would leave with would already be checked out and cleared. There seems to be a few that may have motive to take her.

The mother and uncle were home when she went missing. Both are being held for questioning. This doesn't sound good I hope it's just routine questioning!
Mother, uncle and grandparents live in same house with Willow and her brother. Grandfather suspects foul play!
