    Mom's boyfriend & 5 children ages 6, 5, 4, 3, 22 months killed in house fire

Ms. Angel, accompanied by co-worker Patricia Boes of Tiffin, went into the hospital to identify her children.
Ms. Angel gave each child a kiss goodbye.

She had been at work about two hours at Burger King when the trailer park manager called and said there had been a fire at her home.

Ms. Angel's sister, Angel Ramirez of Tiffin said relatives were told by the hospital that the children and Mr. Fresch died of smoke inhalation. The sister said Ms. Angel was not allowed to see the body of her boyfriend because of the severity of his burns.

A state investigator said Sunday there was no indication of anything suspicious.

Angel lived in the home with her five children, ages 2 to 6, and her boyfriend.

A funeral home identified the children Monday as Tiara Angel, 6; Stormie Huey, 5; Trinity Huey, 4; Sunshine Huey, 3; and Domonic Fresch, 2.

Hodkinson identified the boyfriend as 25-year-old Tim Fresch, of Tiffin.

People cling to something familiar when someone dies.
Clothing, a toy, their footprints. This mother lost all of it.
All she has left is those pictures on facebook. Wow.

I cannot even wrap my brain around this. 5 babies obituaries.

OMG so sad. This is my biggest fears for someone living in a trailer. How many fires have we heard about and no one getting out. Time to redesign them. So very sad for the mom. I can't imagine.

Drake and The Game are teaming up to help cover funeral costs for 6 people -- including 5 young siblings -- who died in a tragic house fire in Ohio ... even though the rappers didn't know the victims.

    ----------------

In addition to their $20K ... the producers of Game'sTV show, "Marrying the Game" also pitched in $2,500.

The Daily Mail article had photos of her and her mom there to support her. Which is great. Without anybody to support her right now, I don't think she'd make it. She needs professional supports too. I hope with every ounce of my being that she is seeing a very good mental health professional right now.

I saw commentaries on some of the news articles about how she seemed too calm (that old nugget that seems to pop up whenever a mother loses a child.) Too calm? Really? I would not only have to be sedated, I would have to be completely snowed by narcotics and sedatives to walk into that hospital to identify and say goodbye to the six most important people in my life. Because before she walked into that room, she had denial. "Maybe they are wrong and someone else had come by, but one of the kids made it out. Maybe they got scared and they're just hiding." It's a long shot, but do you understand what the human brain does at a time like that? It reaches out for any string to grab hold of, anything at all that might give some sort of solace, no matter how small. Walking out, she had nothing. No denial to hide behind, nothing and no one to go home to. And someone chose to take that moment, the single most devastating moment of her entire life, to take a picture, and people want to criticize and accuse her because at that moment, she didn't live up to the expectations of a grieving mother? She is a thousand times stronger than I am, simply for being on her feet right then.

I have five kids at home with me full time (and two stepkids and another that I split custody of). If I lost them and my husband at the same time, along with all of my possessions, I wouldn't stick around to see them buried. I hope she has someone caring with her at all times.

The world doesn't seem very fair right now. My heart goes out to her, her family, and those that lost their lives.
    JMO. Unless there's a link, I can't prove it.

I am sure mom was either doped to the gills or in such a deep state of shock she couldn't emote anything. I cannot imagine that horror. Just awful.

The title of the article says a lot.

I found it hard to even comment on this. It's beyond words. All I can offer is prayer. So completely devastating.
