Searchers looking for a missing Pensacola couple in the Gulf of Mexico found a woman's body Tuesday, but it was not immediately identified.

A recreational diver unconnected with the search also found the pair's 21-foot boat on the gulf bottom in 90 feet of water about 10 miles south of Pensacola, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials said in a news release.

The Conservation Commission, Coast Guard and Escambia County Sheriff's Office were searching for Steve Garst, 27, and his fiance, Lori Ullery, 20.

I googled these names and there's nothing new. It didn't say whether the body was Lori's or not. Maybe it means it isn't?

NEW ORLEANS - The Coast Guard ended its search Wednesday night for a missing Pensacola, Fla., couple who failed to return from a fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico Monday.

The body of Lori Ullery, 20, was recovered by a boatcrew from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Tuesday. Her fiance Steve Garst, 27, remains missing.

The couple's 21-foot boat was discovered by a recreational diver Tuesday morning on the bottom of the gulf near Russian Freighter, a popular fishing and diving spot south of Pensacola Pass.

FWC remains on scene and continues to search.

In all, Coast Guard personnel aboard rescue helicopters from Air Station New Orleans, rescue jets from Aviation Training Center Mobile, Ala., and rescue boats from Station Pensacola searched about 2,400 square miles for the couple.
