He did a very stupid thing to put it in a childs back pack.
He obviously was calculated and did not want to carry it himself, thought nobody will suspect the child.
Maybe he was so high he forgot to remove it from her back pack before he dropped her off.
I think he is totally irresponsible. He is calculated and suffers from depraved indifference. He did not think twice about implicating the child in something.
