Not much information out right now.

Went missing Monday @ 730am

Uses the name Nicki

may be driving a black 2005 Pontiac van and has a medical condition


"She is described as a white female, 5'2", 210 lbs with long brown hair and blue eyes.

Clouthier was last seen wearing a pink tank top and black three-quarter length pants.

Police ask anyone with information to contact central division detectives at 519 650-8500 extension 4499 or Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222-TIPS (8477)"

I am trying to be very hopeful for a positive outcome but all the women homicides in the area I fear the worst. I don't have time to get into this one too much this morning, but wanted to start a thread.

Ill had her picture up tonight, since I can't do much via mobile. Tiny mention on afew papers and seen the missing poster on fb... Since the city is combing the water on a Previous homicide seems, they've but this to the back burner. :( Where are you!
 
Still very little info available. Is she married/living with someone? Any children? Job? Wonder where she was last seen at 7:30 in the morning.

Waterloo Regional Police are seeking assistance with locating a missing Kitchener female, 36 year old Collette Lee CLOUTHIER. CLOUTHIER has also been known to usethe first name of "Nicki".

CLOUTHIER is described as a White female, 5'2", 210 lbs, long brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a pink tank top, black capri pants and running shoes.
CLOUTHIER may be driving a black 2005 Pontiac van.

CLOUTHIER was last seen Monday morning at approximately 730am. Anyone having seen CLOUTHIER, or having knowledge of where she may be, is asked to contact Central Division Detectives at extension 4499.
 
There is only one listing for that surname in Kitchener, and it is initial "C" in Bridgeport.

Wishing so hard that Colette is found soon. This article makes me feel ill however, as it was not long before Colette disappeared, and Tyson Park in Bridgeport is in very close proximity to the address contained in the canada411 listing I referred to above:

Homicide detectives are releasing this photograph in the hopes it will assist the recollection of anyone who may have observed Mary Anne May in Kitchener between Wednesday afternoon, September 18 and Friday, September 20th, 2013.

Investigators continue to follow up leads from the public and are asking the public's assistance. Witnesses may have observed unusual activity on Tyson Drive, Kitchener or in the 200 block of Margaret Avenue, Kitchener between last Wednesday and Friday.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Homicide Branch at 519 653-7700 ext 8642 or Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222 TIPS.

The article doesn't say, but have to wonder if the body found September 20 was that of Mary Anne May.
 
Composite released in another assault Oct 3 in Waterloo. I don't know if it's related, but putting it out there anyway:

North Division detectives are releasing the attached composite image of a male wanted in connection to an assault in Waterloo last evening and are appealing for any information that will help identify this person.

Synopsis: On October 3rd, 2013 at approximately 9:30 pm a 19 year old female was assaulted by an unknown male on Albert Street between Columbia Street West and Parkside Drive, Waterloo. The victim managed to escape and suffered no injuries. The suspect in this case is described as a male, tanned complexion, with salt and pepper hair, 30-40 years old, medium build. Police are reminding people to consider personal safety especially at night. When possible, travel with a friend and remain cognizant of your surroundings. Also, please report suspicious persons, vehicles or activities to Police. Anyone with information is asked to contact North Division 519 650 8500 ext. 6397 or Crime Stoppers 1 800 222 8477.

Further to the Mary Anne May homicide (which IMO may or may not be related to Colette's disappearance), LE have located a stroller that disappeared from where the victim lived. After LE put out an appeal to the public, the stroller was found at 94 Bridgeport Rd East in Waterloo. That address seems to be a mall / commercial building housing numerous large businesses:

Can't find any updates on Collette.

Where is her 2005 black Pontiac van, AND more importantly ... where the heck is Collette?
 
No LE updates, no media, not a snippet beyond the original articles !!

I hope LE is in touch with Collette's family, because to the general public, it appears that absolutely no importance is being placed on their daughter's disappearance.
 
It's been a long time, and I can't find out if Collette was located ... BUT in googling "collette clouthier" kitchener (exactly as typed with the quotes), if you click on 4th hit down where the summary says "Works at DentalClinic ..." and go to the relevant FB page, the profile pic looks like Collette and there are posts on her timeline as recently as January 15 2015. This person has friends in Kitchener, appears to be in a relationship with someone from Kitchener.

BUT of course, weirdness abounds because in googling the words collette clouthier kitchener without any quotes, the first article that comes up is a CBC News Archive published January 13 2015 and seems to be about when she originally went missing on a Monday (which September 30 2013 was a Monday).

Dunno ... no updates that she was located but on FB she appears happy with a ready-made family. Anyone else have any ideas on this ?? :banghead:
 
The January 2015 article is archived from 2013, and yes, that FB profile is definitely hers. She seems happy and well. FOUND.
