    Ireland - Chloe Kinsella, 15, Kileely, 28 Sept 2013

    The family is heartbroken
n a direct appeal to her missing daughter, the mother of nine said: "If she's with someone out there, just come home. I just want to hold her. I miss her so much. I love her.

"There's no sign of her at all.

"They are just coming up with empty traces. I'm just losing my head at this stage.

"The night-time is the worst, waiting for the night-time to come in, because I don't know where she is or if she's lying out there or what's after happening to her."

"It is understood that gardai are now treating the death as a personal tragedy."
    What does this mean?

Personal tragedy here is Suicide normally. She was found in the River Shannon earlier today, Ireland's largest river.

    RIP Chloe.

    Could 'personal tragedy' mean accidental?

An autopsy found Chloe did not die in suspicious circumstances, and while her family do not believe she had serious issues affecting her, they understand she may have taken her life in “a moment of madness”.
