“First I just want to give a very heartfelt thanks to the MWV community and the close friends of Zenya and Sarah [Hernandez] for the tremendous and continued support that you’ve given them and your efforts to assist the authorities in bringing Abby home. It has meant so much to me to know that they are not alone. A month later, no sign of missing NH teenager
    AP / November 6, 2013

Kieran Ramsey, the assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s Boston division, said leads continue to come in but none has gotten police closer to finding out what happened to Abigail. She may have been in an accident, run away or been abducted.

‘‘For a 15-year-old girl to remain missing for one month, with no financial means and with no contact with her family, is probably every parent’s worst nightmare,’’ Ramsey said. ‘‘We simply don’t have a solid indication (of what happened).’’

The website is being maintained by Madison resident Paul Kirsch, who is president of the White Mountain Milers – a running club that Abigail's mother and sister belong to.

Kirsch used Bringabbyhome.com to clarify some of the points that he says are wrong with Grace's story.

Missing Conway teen mailed letter to mother after disappearance

Law enforcers today revealed new pieces of evidence have been received in the case of missing Conway teen Abigail Hernandez, including a letter her mother received from her 15-year-old daughter one month ago today.

"It was unprecedented. We have not seen anything like that in any other previous investigation… It gave us hope," FBI Agent Kieran Ramsey said.

Missing Teen Abigail Hernandez: Cops Hoping for Another Letter

Police say they are "not giving up" hope of finding missing New Hampshire teen Abigail Hernandez, despite exhausting the best lead they had in the case -- a letter from the teen to her mom.

Authorities said Friday that the letter Hernandez sent her mom, postmarked weeks after she disappeared, was a "critical lead for law enforcement."

"It was one of the most tangible leads we had in this investigation and we wanted to take every step we could to follow through on that letter to try to find Abby," said New Hampshire Assistant Attorney General Jane Young at a press conference.

Parents share what makes Abigail a special girl

Abigail Hernandez is a bright young writer and photographer who once tried unsuccessfully with her parents' help to get one of her stories published. And she is a big Beatles fan.

Her father, Ruben Hernandez, said she is also a Christian.

"What I can tell you about her has to start with her best quality. And that's the person that she is," Hernandez wrote to the New Hampshire Union Leader after being asked for comment about his daughter's personality and favorite activities.
