Just when you think it can't get any worse....something like this surprises you.
Unless otherwise stated as fact with a link or reference provided, all posts are my OPINION only.
Two teachers in two days; I know I think more of the kids then NV happened in Sparks and now this. It sounds to me like a sexual attack of some kind. But they are not releasing any info on that. Nothing. One ? was where was she stabbed and LE responded they didn't say she was stabbed...etc.

If you want the name, look at Danvers dot patch dot com or other local Boston media and search "Danvers missing teen"
That is the same person charged with the crime, and his name and photo are all over the missing person-related articles. He recently moved to town from out of state.
I, too, suspect he was attracted to her or some such and lost it when she rebuffed his advance.
I have family in town there. Everyone is very shocked.
If you look, this student's name is out there. He was names when he was missing, as soon as he was found they stopped naming him. Only thing I've found so far is that he recently relocated from Tennessee.

BREAKING -14-year-old student will be arraigned in Salem District Court and charged as an adult with first degree murder after a teacher's body was found in the woods near Danvers High School.
Wait, the student was last seen at the movies at 6:30pm Tuesday?
So he would have killed her then gone to the movies instead of going home?
Well that sounds weird.
The school has something like 130 video cameras. They caught him on video wheeling her body around. - ABC

Question: if he is a juvenile but does in fact end up being tried as an adult, are we allowed to sleuth him then?
Well that was quick to look closely at all the evidence and decide whether to charge him as an adult.
Judge refusing to hide the defendant. He is in adult court.
Assault and beat Colleen Ritzer with intent to murder.
This female attorney is trying really hard to make it look like he's not a threat.
Putting her hand on him and everything. (He's a head taller than her.)
She is also getting shot down at everything she tries to tell the judge.
She gets shot down again wanting services to evaluate him.
Judge denies it because the affidavit is not specific enough.
RIP Colleen. What a beautiful young woman.
PC's parents were in the courtroom... Mom cried through the proceeding and Dad had his arm around her.
Colleen's family snuck into court avoiding the media.
Media doesn't know how they got in. Awesome.
Probably cause hearing November 22.
Now, this is not the case. Regardless of age, if a person is charged as an adult, they are viewed as an adult in the court system/sentencing etc.
In Ma, juveniles are not "convicted", they are found delinquent and the DYS (dept of Youth Services) takes custody of them until 17-violent crimes (or later depending on circumstances).
Being charged and arraigned in court for the 14 year old, now makes him the same as if he was 25. If convicted, he would be sentenced to State Prison...they might keep him in DYS until 18, then he is immediately transferred to prison etc.
