    MO - Berklee Robertson, 2, dies of Zoloft OD, mom charged, 5 Nov 2011

    A grand jury that was seated in Christian County in September has indicted a woman for involuntary manslaughter in connection to the death of her 2 year-old daughter two years ago.

    Sheriff Joey Kyle says Julie Michelle Hortsmyer, 24, of Republic, was arrested today for involuntary manslaughter for the November 5, 2011, death of her daughter, Berklee Marie Robertson.

    Judge Michael Cordonnier sentenced Republic woman Julie Horstmyer, 32, to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections April 10 for endangering the welfare of a child in the first-degree...

    Horstmyer, represented by Attorney Kristin Jones, withdrew her not guilty plea March 6 and pleaded guilty to the child endangerment charge.
