·[FONT="] Medical Conditions: Victim suffers from amnesia. He has severe head pains and blackouts. [/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT="]This young man was discovered wandering around a bus station in Tampa, FL in September 1994. He was suffering from amnesia and did not remember his true name or where his residence had been. He was taken to a shelter and departed sometime in 1994. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
This victim may have been from Kentucky at one time. [/FONT]
