    ME - Manchester, Skeletal Remains, off Puddledock Road, Nov'13 Paul Tolbert

    Skeletal remains were discovered by hunters just off the Puddledock Road in Manchester Saturday morning.

    Deputies determined that the remains were those of an adult and that they had been at the location for some time.

    Anyone with information on persons that may have been missing in that area are asked to call the Kennebec County Sheriff's office at 207 623-3591

    Don't know if it is a man or a woman. They are treating the area like a crime scene.

    Maj. Ryan Reardon, of the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office, said the remains appeared to have been there quite a while and had degraded significantly. He said there was some clothing around the remains.

    Police say there was no sign of foul play and the remains appear to have been at the scene about 200 yards off a local road for more than a year.
    Waiting to contact family before releasing identity.

    Sounds like this is Toray Wallace. He was from Fredericton,NB Canada but originally from Virginia. Missing since 2011.His van was found in Maine after he went missing.

    State police identified the man on Monday as 33-year-old Paul Tolbert of Radford after his parents were contacted. DNA will be used to confirm the identification.

    Family had not spoken to him since January and he was never reported missing.
