Local company gives family sense of security

A South Florida security company installed a surveillance system at a home where a young girl was abducted, then safely returned a few days later.

A special delivery brought the family an extra set of eyes. "This is a high-resolution camera with infrared," Moise Louissaint of Unique Security said. "You can pretty much see in total darkness, up to 100 feet."

The owner of Unique Security was moved after hearing of the story of 4-year-old Shaniya Wendy Jacques-Louis, who went missing while playing outside her home Dec. 13 and was returned more than 48 hours later.

"It was heart-touching," Louissaint said. "It could've been my sister, a niece."
