Dianne Clements, president of Justice For All, said her group believed McQuay had not been castrated "and remains the pedophile who has threatened to kill his next child victim."

To my knowledge he was surgically castrated between 6 months and a year ago, McQuay's lawyer told News 4 WOAI Monday.
But, it is unclear if McQuay will be less dangerous
