Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Can't find anything on him online. Does he have a history of addiction and disappearing for a couple of days? Is he close to his family? Mental illness, suicidal tendencies?

I don't have a good feeling about this.

A veteran...? I hope he's safe. I've read about too many veterans on here and the outcomes weren't good, sadly.

The area he was last seen, is a rough area. Hope he is okay.

    Information about Patrick Kibler

I am the cousin of Patrick Kibler's mother. Her sister sent me a note with some information about the night he disappeared. She wrote that "he was last seen at the American Legion, where he was the last one there to close-up at night time. The keys were found in the mailbox. None of his belongings are missing from his apartment. He does not have a car and his cell phone was left in the apartment. He has no bank account or credit/debit card to trace." I am assuming she meant that the keys to the American Legion Hall were in the mailbox. I am wondering if Patrick locked-up and went home, since that is where his cell phone was found. If so, who might he have seen at the apartment, or what could have compelled him to leave without his cell phone?

This discovery in the news this week looks to be very close to Patrick's last seen address.

Investigators tell WHNT News 19 that these were skeletal remains not readily identifiable because of the condition in which they were found. They could easily tell the remains had been where they were for a while, and could take forensics teams additional time to identify.

Police have not released any further information at this time.

He might be active on FB again. I don't find any updates to confirm that, though.
