NM - Paul Dubose, 27, shot to death, Albuquerque, 18 Oct 1986
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Authorities in Texas have arrested a man accused of using aliases for 27 years to avoid apprehension in a New Mexico killing........
Ramirez was identified as a suspect after 27-year-old Paul Dubose was shot to death in 1986 during an altercation outside an Albuquerque apartment complex. He was indicted in 1987 on a first-degree murder charge.
