This was not posted in AC Press Until Jan 6. The paper has recently changed ownership....the site is a mess. I wasn't able to see it until today.

They are trying to identify a body found in a suitcase ! They are hoping pics of tatoos might help with ID.
I posted here because I find the Unidentified Forum impossible to navigate.

Hopefully you will be able to see the article.

If not,It is Press of Atlantic City

I was just looking at this story earlier, they think she could have been deceased for around a month.

gm8549 a tip for the forums, you probably know this but if you click on the word thread in the upper left of the forums you are viewing it will list them alphabetically by state. this is if they're posted properly.

Also a Warning for the link above - Graphic Images

Gald someone else saw this I don't do Facebook, but maybe some of you who do can post it. Seems those tatoos should be known to somebody.

So sad.

Monroeville, Gloucester County woman identified as body found in suitcase in Egg Harbor Township

Investigators were able to identify Rogers-Alicea by her tattoos, photos of which they released to the public.

Detectives then confirmed that with finger print analysis, authorities said, and a DNA analysis is also in the works.

According to her Facebook page, Rogers-Alicea was a graduate of Clayton High School.

She listed Clayton and Turnersville as places where she had lived.

Looks like she may of been missing longer than October. Her fb was last updated in the summer. I looked and couldn't find anything about her missing, although it says reported. Sad.

Ugh...this is pretty close to me, used to live next to Turnersville....can't find much MSM about this...

I live next to Turnersville now!

I wondering why she had a room alone down there?

I wonder if she had an ad on CL?

Ugh, Linda - I hadn't even thought of the room alone thing - like those scary dump motels on the Pike, right...? She was dumped in EHT - about 5-6 miles away from where the girls from A/C where found, no?
Just awful - her poor children...

A lot of woods there, I hope they took the time to look the area over.

Most recent info,

Tara Rogers-Alicea’s mother reported her missing on Oct. 22 — about two-and-a-half months before the 30-year-old’s body was found in Egg Harbor Township, authorities said.

Her mother said at the time that she hadn’t seen Rogers-Alicea in at least four months.

Rogers-Alicea was believed to be living, perhaps on the streets, in Atlantic City, just east of the area in which her body was found. For that reason, Clayton Police Chief Dennis Marchei said his department turned over the missing persons report to Atlantic City police.

Oh no....here we go.....
I'm already mad at the lack of attention I foresee this woman's death receiving.....I'm going to have a hard time verbalizing it, but: I am getting the feeling this lady was living on the fringes....and possibly making a living....anyway, I'm sure we all get what the situation most likely was....these women are completely devalued in our society, and seemingly by law enforcement....I'm guessing we will watch this one slip quietly away with no resolution....
