Not a lot of information on this young man. He doesn't appear to be listed at DoeNetwork and I'm not sure if he is listed on NameUs.

Will try to find some kind of picture.

He is in Namus, listed as decomposed/putrification no sketch of what he might have looked like in life. It Also says he had a moustache and/or beard.
Maybe we should look at missing Young men around the state of Nevada. Also anyone With knowledge about congenial heart defects? Something you are born With? Somthing aquired after possible long term drug use?
This case has bee haunting me for a whole...:(
By the Way My first post on this excellent forum!! Thank you Salem!
Apologising for possible nutty spelling & writing, Im in Sweden and My iPad does not appreciate writing in english :)

Congenital specifically means something that one was born with - not anything that would be acquired.

''Congenital'' basically means any medical condition that you were born with, or that developed in the baby's first month of life. Think Down's syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome, cleft palate etc.

There are a lot of congenital/birth defects that affect the heart. I wonder if LE knows specifically what illness he had.

I Was Suprised when i found him on Nameus and IT Said his body Was decomposed/putrification. He had been Seen the prior day by railroad employee, I Knowles its verk hot but to become so badly decomposed in a day?
Anyone know how long it would take for a body in the heat?
He is Also severly emaciated, I wonder about his mental health?

Daniel G. Chervenka Was a man whom dissappeared fr.o.m. Phoenix Arizona, may 29, 1999, he Was 28 at the time, 6'1 tall and 170 lbs he Was not taking his meditation for bipolar disorder and Was manic, he brought With him a sleeping bag.

Utah for sure and possibly Idaho as well, maybe even Wyoming. Wendover is on the Utah/Nevada border.

Thanks for input!
Anyone know what stops the train on the railroad where he Was found are?
I am writing the coroners tomorrow, its the first time I do something like this and any input on what to ask and how to ask ( in order to get as detailed answer as possible) is greatly appreciated!
I Will Also compile a list of possible matches, if anyone has suggestions please let me know. I have Also submitted his case to the Doe Network, and they are looking into his case.

Lets hope!! Somebody must be missing him...

And his DNA has not been submitted, is that common?

Sadly yes. Back in 2008 I was living in Reno when Brianna Denison was murdered. It came out later that the whole DNA log for Nevada was about 6-8 years behind, if memory serves. At the time several casino owners donated the money it would take to update it and as of 2010 I believe it was current.

"Hanes" white briefs with seams being re-sewn with blue thread"

Aw :(

I'm confused by the title for this. If he was found in West Wendover, that would be Elko County, not Washoe. I know that the WCME frequently manages cases for the smaller counties in northern NV.

ModNote: Thread title revised

Michele,

I believe that it was listed as Washoe County because they're the biggest (developed) county in northern NV and typically get a lot of the cases where DNA is important due to having better facilities than say Elko, Winnemucca, Jackpot, etc. I've seen it a few times with cases.

I need to get back working on this, I sent in the info to Doe network and they Said they would look into IT but I havent heard back. This Was several months ago. Anyone know how they handle New submittals?

I think this might have been a mentally disabled person who was abandoned. They starved to death;
may God have no mercy on whoever did this

He's tall and thin; Marfan's?

Hmm I had a client with something like that. I don't remember if if was Marfans but I mean this guy was 7 ft tall and weighed like 180 lbs. It was disturbing. He also had a disease where his bones were like that of an elderly person and easy to break. I think the two diseases were related.
