WESTMINSTER, SC (FOX Carolina) -The Oconee County Sheriff's Office has charged two men with murder after a missing man's body was found in his burned down home in Westminster on Friday.

Addis said Marszalek died sometime between December 27th and 29th, 2013.

"The autopsy showed Mr. Marszalek died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head consistent with being beat by someone," Addis said. "No weapon has been identified at this time."

After the remains were discovered on Friday, deputies said they charged Joshua Michael Fulbright, 28, and Patrick Grant Covone, both of Westminster, with murder in the case.

Deputies with the Oconee County Sheriff's Office said they have made two more arrests related to the murder of Richard Marszalek.

Margaret Morrow, 53, of West Pine Grove Road in Fair Play and Carrie Tyner, 29, of Jos Place in Westminster are accused of acting in a "criminally negligent manner" by not revealing the information they had about the murder to officers when interviewed by deputies...

Joshua Fulbright and Zach Patterson were charged with murder and other charges in Marszalek's death. A third man, Patrick Covone, had also been charged with murder but a magistrate judge dropped the charge against Covone during a preliminary hearing in February.

Joshua Michael Fulbright, 28, was sentenced to 22 years in prison Thursday after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the December 2013 death of 61-year-old Richard Alan Marszalek of Westminster...

The sentence does not allow a possibility of parole.

Now the Westminster men are headed to prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to accessory after the fact of manslaughter in connection with Marszalek&#8217;s December 2013 slaying...

Maddox sentenced Patterson, 24, of 410 West Pine Grove Road, and Covone, 28, of 141 West Spearman Road, to the maximum 15 years, suspended to five years served and five years probation...

Patterson and Cavone admitted Tuesday to helping hide Marszalek&#8217;s body under the mobile home occupied by Patterson, Marszalek and Patterson&#8217;s mother, with whom investigators say Marszalek was romantically involved. The mobile home was subsequently burned, with Marszalek&#8217;s body discovered during the excavation.
