State police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who was found dead in the Black River at the Glen Park hydroelectric dam.
He's described as a white male with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 6' to 6' 3" tall and weighing approximately 260 pounds.
He had a beard and mustache and was wearing a blue "American Eagle Outfitter" sweat shirt size x-large, greenish-tan vintage cargo pants, brown craftsman work boots approximate size 13, and a two sided belt (brown/black) size 44.
Police said the man had no wallet, cell phone or money in his pockets.
He had no jewelry or tattoos, investigators said.
Police believe he was somewhere between 30 and 45 years old.
