The Pipkin name is what brought me here to her thread. Saw it when I signed on. She may or may not be related to the folks I know but I'd be willing to bet she is. You're right, she seems like a good person too.

Oh, ok thank you. Yeah, starting a fundraiser at this point is premature, I agree.

Maybe someone can refer them to the some of the free resources that are available. However LE is going to need to be involved.

Susan DeLuca is missing from Aynor: http://www.wmbfnews.com/story/124249...ng-aynor-woman

Zach Malinowski was last seen at a basketball game in Aynor:

Malinowski was going to Aynor to play basketball on Sunday afternoon and a person later told police that Malinowski was last seen after the basketball game.

LE is apparently not willing to be involved. Which means all the expenses such as printing flyers etc. will have to be borne by the family.-

Guys - we need MSM or an LE link. We don't start threads off facebook or unofficial websites.

When you have something official, pm it to myself or any Mod and we can reopen this.

    Thanks,

    Salem

    We now have MSM: http://www.wmbfnews.com/story/245553...ampaign=buffer

You guys are great in your follow up and caring.

One note of caution - please be leery of donations sites. There seem to be a few of them linked to this case. Please don't link them here and be sure to do your homework if you feel the need to help out.

Can someone please create a missing flyer, with the number for Horry County Police as the contact? Pictures of Angie can be found here .... https://www.facebook.com/angie.pipkin.5/photos

ETA - I sent an email to the reporters asking for the name/contact number of a HPCD Detective.

The friend told the relatives that he had not spoken to Pipkin because she damaged his truck several weeks earlier, according to the report. Pipkin’s mother contacted police and said that when she calls Pipkin’s phone it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full.Police entered Pipkin’s information into the National Crime Information Center.

    Contrast

So here we have someone missing for Aynor, which I believe is in Horry County, and only 2 pages on one thread and she has been missing for over a week. And then we have the case of Heather Elvis where we are averaging about 2 threads a week.

Don't misunderstand me, I FULLY support what family and friends are doing for Heather Elvis and as much as has been done it STILL does not seem like it is near enough.

But I wonder if the difference is the amount of noise family and friends are making in Heather Elvis' case and the amount of noise AP's family is making here. My complaint is really not at LE, but instead at the main stream media. They got caught napping here. And they are still doing very little.

Any description of a car? Anything else of note for the public to be aware of? Not much here.

In doing a search for more info, I see where the story is carried not far from where I grew up. Shreveport LA. Unfortunately, it appears that only have the same info we already have, but good to see coverage.
