OH - WHEELERSBURG, Ohio: Caregivers Charged with Abuse
I just happened to come across this horrible case that seems to be "breaking"...
WHEELERSBURG, Ohio (Ken Hines) -- Deputies have arrested three people -- and are searching for a fourth -- in connection with several acts of abuse allegedly inflicted on four children inside a Scioto County home.
Deputies arrested Juan Carlos Sanchez, Edwina Louis, and Bobbi Sue Pack after an investigation into allegations of child endangering and rape involving children who lived with the suspects at a Collingswood Avenue home. The children were 11, 9, 8 and under 2 years old.
The investigation was launched after one of the alleged victims sent an email detailing the abuse to a teacher who worked for the children's online school, Ohio Virtual Academy
Deputies are searching for a fourth suspect, Leah Dillon........

I wonder what the children's relation to the arrested ones is? Relatives, foster parents, biological?

I found some FB pages:
Leah Dillon (posted 11 hours ago on first link):
Bobbie Sue Pack (posted yesterday):
Juan Carlos Sanches (lives in Taiwan?):
Bobbie Sue is in a relationship with Juan and they all have photos of children on their pages.

I think Edwina is possibly either Leah's mother or grandmother. Leah may have four children, ages 7, 5, 4, and 2 - she has a photo that she captioned 'all of my babies'. Juan has at least one child and he calls Leah out on one photo she uploaded where she refers to his child as b*******. These pages are awful to look through and I'm pretty relaxed about FB but if someone I knew was posting all this crap, I would unfriend them.

Grandma found guilty:
Scioto County Common Pleas Judge William T. Marshall immediately sentenced her to four consecutive life terms on the rape charges, added 37 years for good measure on the other counts, and said she would never be eligible for parole.
Louis, her daughter, Bobbi Sue Pack (the children’s mother), and Pack’s live-in boyfriend, Juan Sanchez, were all arrested several days later.
Mom and boyfriend found guilty but got off a little easier - they both took plea deals:
Pack and Sanchez faced the same charges but took plea deals last week. They were sentenced to 10 years to life and 25 years to life, respectively.
When the story broke in February of 2014, Lorra Fuller, the executive director of Scioto County Children Services, told The Dispatch that her agency had had no contact with the family until the teacher from the online school called authorities.
But Children Services records provided as evidence at the trial now show that wasn’t true.
