Authorities say a missing Jones County woman may be in Beaufort County.
Bethany Rhoades was last seen on Highway 17 in Maysville Monday night.
Police now say the search for the woman may include Washington. They say a man contacted the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office and said he spotted a woman matching her description at 3rd and Bridge streets in Washington Thursday afternoon.
The man said not until he saw her picture on WITN News this morning did he realize the woman was missing.
Maysville police said they are now sending fliers to both Beaufort County deputies and Washington police to distribute in the area.
Anyone with information on the missing woman should call Maysville police at 910-743-3104.

Rhoades’ death is considered “highly suspicious,” he added. No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)
