Miami-Dade police have asked for the publics help in finding a woman who may be a danger to herself. Elizabeth Tsu, 36, left her residence at NW 187th Street and NW 47th Avenue on foot last Wednesday and never returned. On Saturday, she called a family member and indicated that she wanted to harm herself.
