    MI - Robynn Page, 25, shot to death, Ypsilanti, 21 May 2005

    Technology helped local police arrest an accused killer Saturday. Fernando Roberson, 31, was suspected of killing his ex-girlfriend Saturday morning near Ann Arbor, Michigan. Hours later he was handcuffed by Cincinnati Police along I-75.

    Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

    Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

    Yeah, really. It is kind of like telling criminals "don't take the cellphone or we will find you"

    Petitioner’s convictions arise from the shooting death of Robin Page, in Ypsilanti, Michigan on May 21, 2005. Petitioner initially was charged with first-degree murder, felony firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm.

    On December 5, 2005, he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, felony firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm... On January 23, 2006, the trial court sentenced Petitioner to a term of imprisonment of thirty to fifty years for the second-degree murder conviction...
