Two teenage girls 'tortured mentally disabled boy, forced him to perform sex acts and recorded it all on their cell phones'
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ed-perform-sex-acts-recorded-cell-phones.html

Two teenage girls are behind bars following allegations that they carried out a campaign of harassment against a mentally-challenged boy including stabbing him, dragging him by the hair and forcing him to engage in sex acts with an animal.

This is really sickening! I can see her growing up to be some serial killer.

Somebody saw a snake when she was pregnant with the that girl. Her eyes are too close together.

Investigators say they found out about the incident after one of the girl’s parents found the videos on their daughter’s cell phone

Now the mother of the boy is speaking out, telling the Washington Post her son trusted the girls, believing the 15-year-old was his girlfriend. She says: “He doesn’t appear to be traumatized. He thinks these girls are his friends and is surprised the police are involved.”

So sad :(

We see so many parents turn a blind eye and actually do things to cover for their kids....it is great to see a set of parents do the right thing and go to the police even when it was their own child. That takes strength!

Upon seeing her, I thought the exact same thing!

Maryland teen who abused autistic child sentenced to maximum of 6 years in juvenile center

Thank you so much for posting this. I've had this on my mind a lot lately and searched a few days ago for an update and came up empty handed.

This is the sentence for the younger perpetrator. The 17 y.o. is charged as an adult.

From your link above:

the judge on Thursday rejected a request to avoid jail time from the girl who pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and displaying an obscene photograph of a boy. Judge Michael Stamm called the abuse "horrific" and said the girl poses a danger to the community

The boy's reaction is the really scary part--he honestly thinks these girls are his friends; he doesn't even know how much he's been victimized. He may figure it out later on and he may have a lot of recovery to do at that point, but right now, he seems to think this kind of treatment is perfectly normal. It reminds me of the way some abused children don't understand that parents are not supposed to beat you up, and that you really aren't a bad child who deserves it.

Autism can make it hard to tell when you're being abused. Some autistics, like this young man, see all attention as positive. Others, usually more socially aware, become paranoid and worry constantly about being hurt as they have been in the past. It's known that autism makes people more likely to become victims of abuse of all kinds, whether bullying, child abuse, sexual abuse, and even property crimes like theft and arson.

In my opinion, every autistic child's education should include lessons on how to spot an abuser, how to get away, and how to find help. This happens all too often--and most cases never make it to the news in the first place.
