PA - Thomas Yates, 46, Windham Township, 29 March 2014

    Thomas Yates

Police Searching for Man After Blood Spatters Found -

Wyoming County- Crews searching for a missing man in Wyoming County are trying to determine if he is a crime victim. State Police tell Eyewitness News 46-year-old Thomas Yates, of Bellmore New York, was last seen overnight in Windham Township. According to police Yates has cerebral palsy and walks with a pronounced limp. State police, fire crews and a dive and rescue team spent much of the day searching the Laceyville Bridge area. They blocked off Church Street leading to the bridge shortly after Yates disappeared this morning between 2:30 and 3 a-m. Blood stains were found along Church Street, and near the Laceyville Bridge, near where Yates was last seen.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Oh my! This is so bad. These brothers didn't usually fight? Sounds odd that 2 were fighting but the third went off the bridge.

So they were at a gathering about a mile south of the river bridge on State Route 3001 and got kicked out. Then they walked toward the bridge, the older one assaulting the younger one along the way and at the bridge they noticed Tommy was no longer with them?

The first stories say they both saw him go over the bridge, but they just guessed that's what happened?

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)
