Police are seeking assistance from the public to help locate a man who is missing from the Helensvale area.

Damien Evans, 41-year-old and from Capalaba, was last seen at an address on Mildura Drive, Helensvale on March 18.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare, as this disappearance is out of character and he suffers from a medical condition.

He was last seen driving a 2002 maroon utility, QLD registration 145 TQH.

Mr Evans is described as being Caucasian in appearance and around 180cm tall, with a proportionate build and brown collar length hair.

Police urge anyone who may have seen Mr Evans or who may have information that could assist in their investigations, to contact Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Police are renewing their appeals for assistance from the public to help locate a man who is missing from the Helensvale area.

Damien Evans, 41-year-old and from Capalaba, was last scene at an address on Mildura Drive on March 18.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare, as this disappearance is out of character and he suffers from a medical condition.
