He disappeared and they never found him. Boisseau also stated that Irby had marijuana and a prescription bottle with illegal narcotics in it.Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

New video shows last moments before James Irby, Jr. disappeared in 2013
James Irby Jr. disappeared during a traffic stop in Walls, Mississippi in May of 2013. He has not been seen since, and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is now classifying it as a “cold case.”
His family hasn’t given up, and they still have many questions as to what actually happened. As a result, they released the complete video of the traffic stop to FOX13.

Eight members of the Memphis man's family gathered alongside U.S. 61 in Walls to remember Irby's still-unexplained disappearance after a traffic stop by local police.
"We just want to ask that somebody out here on this highway that saw what happened to my brother come forward," Viola Johnson, Irby's sister from Clarksdale, Mississippi, said during a brief prayer before she, her children and grandchildren, and Irby's mother, Ethel Allen, released a multicolored bundle of balloons into a flawless sky.
