    AZ - Dale "D.J." Stewart, 50, Humboldt, 12 April 2014

    Dale "D.J." Stewart

Humboldt man goes missing after leaving work Saturday -

    HUMBOLDT -
Dale "D.J." Stewart left work Saturday evening on a mile-and-a-half trip home and hasn't been seen since. His wife, Tracy, said Stewart, a diabetic, was acting "a little loopy" about 5:30 p.m. and his boss at North American Industries on Iron King Road sent him home. "He headed across the highway, up Main Street in Humboldt," Tracy said, "His boss stood there and watched him (drive away), and assumed that he came to his house, which is right around the corner."
    But he didn't.
Tracy is baffled, she said Sunday afternoon. "We've had people all over the place - Dewey, Humboldt, Fain Road, Jerome. We've been all the way up to Sedona. People were searching on their way to Phoenix," but there's been no sign of Stewart.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Oh no. He was so close to home. I wonder if he's had this bad of an episode before.
