Paul Stephenson, 26, of Oakland, was first reported missing by his family in December, three weeks after they said they last heard from him. Stephenson has missed several important dates since being reported missing and has reportedly had no contact with his family. Stephenson is facing accusations of child sex crimes and is being sought by the Douglas County Sheriffs Office.
