VA - LaShanda Jones, 26, Prince George County, 20 April 2014

    LaShanda Monic Jones

Missing woman last seen leaving county gas station -

CHARLES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) –
No one has seen LaShanda Monic Jones since Sunday morning. That is when the 26-year-old woman left the Sunoco gas station at the intersection of Rt. 10 and Rt. 106 in Prince George County. The Charles City County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert Monday afternoon and asked for help in finding Jones. “She was heading north of Rt. 106 towards Charles City County driving her blue 2000 Ford Mustang with tinted windows bearing Virginia license plate WZ-3989,” Charles City County Sheriff’s Office Captain Jayson Crawley wrote in an email.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Finding her car and body on a dirt road doesn't look good - unless, of course, she lived on a dirt road and was headed home. What a sad story. Thanks for posting it. I had just read about it and a Google search brought me to WS.
