    I don't know where you can see the dash cam video but if you do, I have to warn you, you don't see candy get shot but you do hear her yelp.

    That's a sad story. It's refreshing, though I'm sure it's little comfort to the family, to see the Sheriff use common sense and take quick action to fire the deputy.

    After the dog was shot the officer left. The man had to drown his dog in a bucket of water because it was flopping around and crying in pain.
