What anti-depressant was the shooter on? Ten to one I'll bet he had been under mental health 'treatment' at some point before the shooting.

FedEx employee Liza Aiken saw the shooter, a 19-year-old man she said was a loader...
“I looked to my left. I saw him standing there and the knife was on the ground. He dropped his knife. He had an assault rifle. He had bullets strapped to his chest like Rambo. I mean he looked like he was heading into war. As soon as I saw him, I ran the other way. I ran and made sure that people upstairs were gone. He was in all black. I think he had a camo vest. He had an assault rifle and bullets strapped to his chest.”

For some reason all these whack shooters always feel the need to dress in all black, or sometimes with military camouflage. I'm surprised he wasn't wearing a black trenchcoat too.

Some predictions about the shooter, if my profile is correct:

No clear motive will be discovered.

The suspect will have had contact with the military, if only to the extent of seeing a recruiter. And he will have had contact with the local police.

Extra guns and ammo will be found in the auto and at the home of the shooter.

Witnesses will say the shooter had a 'blank' or 'vacant' or 'expressionless' look on his face.

He will have been a fan of violent video games or role-playing games like "World of Warcraft."

An emergency 'drill' will have been done at that location within the past couple of months.

The FBI and/or the BATF will take over the investigation.

One witness described how the alleged gunman, who is reported to have been a baggage handler, shot a security guard and other employees.

Police say he was armed with pistols and a shotgun.

'He was an employee, and apparently not a disgruntled employee,' the witness told WXIA.

The six injured people were taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, hospital spokesman Tyler Pearson said.

'Some were able to walk off the ambulance and others are in the operating room' said hospital Pearson.

KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) - Police: Gunman at Georgia FedEx location had explosive devices but they weren't used

Yikes....thank heavens.

Shooter has been identified as one Geddy Kramer, 19.

Kramer is reportedly a 2013 graduate of North Cobb High School.
The suspect also allegedly built a number of Molotov cocktails but didn't light them up:

"Authorities were sweeping the FedEx facility after an unknown number of Molotov cocktails were found there, apparently left by the gunman."

And that is about all we know at this point.

Some additional details:
http://www.11alive.com/story/news/local/kennesaw/2014/04/29/kennesaw-fedex-shooting/8448813/
Just before 6 a.m., police said Geddy Kramer of Acworth drove his maroon Honda up to a security gate, stormed out and shot the security officer point blank. Authorities say Kramer then walked into the building and proceeded to shoot five more people. About three hours later, Kramer was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. ....
As bad as it was, police said it could have been worse. They said that the type of ammunition Kramer chose may be the reason there were no fatalities. He chose bird shot instead of buckshot or shotgun slugs. ....
A Cobb County police spokesperson said they have an idea as to the gunman's motive. They are interviewing other people who may have been involved ....

With hundreds of LE on scene, it took them THREE HOURS to find his body? Hmmm.....

Why would he use birdshot when his intention is to kill a bunch of people?

And now they say others might have been involved? Of course others are involved. They usually are. Like his shrink, for example.

For several days they have been telling us the body of the gunman was found on a loading dock.

http://www.krem.com/news/257150441.html
....the body of the unidentified suspect was found in the loading dock area.

Now the story has been changed:

http://mdjonline.com/bookmark/25007515-Shooter-identified-in-FedEx-shooting-rampage
After reportedly shooting the guard, he entered the warehouse, where police say he shot another five individuals. After doing so, police say he committed suicide inside a trailer docked on the backside of the business.

This is eerily similar to another mass shooting episode at the Westfield Shopping Mall, Paramus, New Jersey on 11-4-13 by one Richard Shoop, 20. Like Geddy, his body would only be found hours later-- in a construction trailer in a remote corner of the mall! And it was the FBI, not local cops, who found the body.

Wanna bet it was the FBI who found Geddy Kramer's body at the FedEx site?

If the bodies are found in trailers, then there are no eyewitnesses who witnessed their 'suicide.' So who can say how these 'shooters' really died?

This incident seems to following the profile of a manipulated shooting event:

http://www.ajc.com/news/news/breaking-news/fedex-shooting-the-latest/nfk63/
The mother of one of the victims said her son is lucky to be alive.
“When the FBI interviewed him, they told us about all the ammo and homemade bombs he had in his car,” said Theresia Sutton, whose 19-year-old son, Brandyn Stonebraker, was among those wounded.

Considering he was heavily armed, no one got killed. I wonder what drove him to shoot 6 people.

The man who shot six employees at a Cobb County FedEx facility before killing himself had planned a massacre at his high school that included shootings, bombs, and chains and locks for doors, according to the investigative report released this week.

Kramer had planned to kill classmates and teachers on April 19, 2013. Instead, he graduated from North Cobb the following month..... He didn't have money to assemble the arsenal to pull off the massacre.
All six people shot at FedEx survived, but security guard Christopher Sparkman, now 29, was the most critically injured. He has undergone dozens of surgeries and faces more in coming months.

There is another thread on this shooting. Perhaps they should be combined. http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...ting-at-Georgia-Fed-Ex&highlight=Geddy+Kramer

A reminder, the stories behind events that make the headlines for a few days are not over when the attention fades:

Christopher Sparkman, the security guard seriously injured during the April 2014 shooting at a FedEx facility in Kennesaw, was placed in a medically induced coma due to complications from a recent procedure....he was the most critically injured of 19-year-old Geddy Kramer‘s victims, has undergone more than 20 surgeries..

Reviving an old incident to see if anyone could help me with advice on finding access to the investigative report for this incident? I am new at this and am not even sure what is/can be made publicly available. While high profile cases like Columbine/Sandy Hook/Aurora have full reports publicly available, lesser known cases like this are difficult to find or not available publicly.

The reason I'm interested in the investigative report is that there is information/full text of journals and texts that Geddy Kramer alluded to on his suicide notes (which are publicly available). The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that they received the investigative report in September 2014 and quotes parts of his journal that I can't find elsewhere.

I searched around online in records/archive searching for Cobb County and was not able to find any information. Even searching for the specific date and address for incidents within a 5 mile radius I was unable to find information about the event occurring through their police site. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that my lack of experience is to blame, but I don't want to waste time running around for this information when I'm working on more substantive aspects of my work already. So any advice or help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
