Brunswick sheriff's office searching for missing 15-year-old girl -
BRUNSWICK, VA (WWBT) -
The Brunswick County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing runaway who was last seen ten days ago. Shybera Sydnor, 15, was last seen on April 19 in the 200 block of Thomasburg Lane in Freeman, Va. The sheriff's office said Sydnor has run away several times before but not for this long. Authorities are now seriously concerned for her safety and welfare.

Sydnor has long, black hair with brown highlights. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, pink flowered shirt, black pants and gray sneakers with pink shoelaces.
“We have received information that she may be headed for New York, where she has a sibling also in foster care,” Sheriff Roberts said.

The missing and murdered cannot cry out for Justice. It is the duty for the living to do so for them.

Shybera Sydnor was last seen Saturday, April 19th when she voluntarily left a residence on Thomasburg Lane in Freeman. She was supposed to stay there temporarily until she could return to her foster home in Greensville County, but she left out the back door after about 15-minutes of being there.
She might have been seen in Greensville County -- where she goes to school -- and in Emporia or she could be headed to New York where she has a sibling also in foster care. Police followed a lead that she might be headed to North Carolina where she has friends.
